Device giving signals when mobile / wallet is stolen, also no absent-mindedness!

My technique lets you know the moment your mobile is stolen while the stolen mobile phone is still within hand’s reach, and reminds you when you forget your keys, wallet or mobile etc, any of them. A mobile phone is stolen, you jam it, you make a police complaint and let them trace and further procedures, but doesn't it create a whole lot of problems? Plus a need to get a temporary mobile phone arises.
My technique is an alternate approach first addressing theft of mobile phone, wallet etc simultaneously helps us deal with our absent-mindedness of frequently forgetting mobile phone, keys and wallets etc while leaving a place. Let me explain you, you keep mobile phone, keys, wallets etc with you. Most of the time we forget any one of these and it creates problems. Another problematic event is mobile phone or wallet theft; you can jam or trace your phone later on, what about wallet? Also, mobile phone theft always accompanies post problems. We keep mobile phones and wallets in our pockets or hand bags. Read the following for what can we do.
Two tiny devices wirelessly connected to each other within a short range say max 2 m or 2.5 m. They accompany several other electronics system as well, that we deal with in following lines. The two devices are wirelessly connected with each other. We call the two devices as device A and device B, device A is just one, while device B could be two or three copies say B1, B2 and B3 each B is wirelessly connected to A. Device A is inbuilt in mobile phone and B devices come along with box when one purchases the mobile. Now where do we use B devices? They are tiny chip sets that we can keep inside our wallet (B1), ring in our key chain (B2) etc. By sets (Bs) kept within range (2m by default) are wirelessly connected with Mobile phone (inbuilt set A) the moment the gap between them is broken say 2.1m devices get activated and alarms are activated on mobile ( a unique ring tone or vibration mode) as well as B devices, with an adjustment dealt in next paragraph. It signal the object (Mobile, wallet or keys) is stolen or forgotten and is within a reachable limit just crossed 2.1 m. and the moment the contact is regained it signal the Bs are re connected again implies that stolen stuff is just a hand’s away. In any case it will decrease the chance of theft or forgetting stuffs considerably.
A, B1, B2 are connected, B1 (Wallet) is stolen but A and B2 remain in contact, therefore A and B2 start to give signal (Ringtone or vibrations). A (mobile phone) is stolen but B1 and B2 are still in contact therefore both Bs start to give signals. The stolen stuff avoids giving signals to help trap the object by the owner in earliest minutes.
They will also result in another convenience all three stuffs be kept together at desk or table at home, office or other locations. There be adjustable distance, vibrations or ringtone to set at personalize options.
